BJGHA is committed to providing a positive hockey experience for our young female hockey players. Where they can develop the life skills of community spirit, good sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership and personal integrity. We will encourage the development of good character through the leadership provided by coaches, trainers, managers, and other association volunteers; while emphasizing the importance of hard work, dedication to goals and self discipline.
